Service Description
Our gentle cornrow braid removal service is designed to safely and carefully take down your cornrows without causing tension or breakage. We detangle and prep your hair for your treatment, leaving your scalp refreshed and your hair manageable, healthy, and ready for your next look. Please note: This is an à la carte service and must be added to a Head Spa service. Add-on treatments like deep conditioning or a scalp massage are also available for the ultimate hair care experience.
Cancellation Policy
• Appointments can be booked through the website or by contacting us directly. • A credit card may be required to secure your booking. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. • No-shows will be charged the full-service price. • All services provided by ILW Head Spa are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will work to address your concerns.
