Service Description
Please note: This is an à la carte service and must be added to a Head Spa service. ILW Head Spa Silk Press is an add-on service that smooths, straightens, and curls the hair using hot irons. Available for hair that passes the ears.
Cancellation Policy
• Appointments can be booked through the website or by contacting us directly. • A credit card may be required to secure your booking. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. • No-shows will be charged the full-service price. • All services provided by ILW Head Spa are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will work to address your concerns.
